The shipping companies offer different shipping methods to avoid or reduce the tax for the buyers. However, it has risks. For different countries, there are some different delivery methods, you can choose when you place an order.

1) Original value invoice---when the heater arrives, you need to pay the original tax amount.

2) Low-value value invoice---you will pay the import tax based on the low-value invoice, we can offer an invoice of USD 200 or USD 300, or based on your request to write the value.

3) Import tax included ---this is a special delivery method, but it is not supported for all countries, you do not need to pay the import tax when the heater arrives, also this method will take longer delivery time, kindly note.

Different working mode options

---Diesel mode

The heater automatically adjusts the power.

---Electrical mode

Select the 900W or 1800W heating mode manually according to the power supply capacity of the motor home camp. The red wire is the city power cable.

---Mixed mode

When the power demand is low (for example, at the stage of maintaining room temperature), the electrical mode is preferred. The diesel mode will not be started until the electrical mode can not satisfy the demands, and the diesel mode function shall be turned off first in the power adjustment stage. In the hot water operation mode, the diesel mode or the electrical mode is used to heat the water tank. The temperature of the water tank can be set to 40℃ or 60℃。
