For the error lights flash frequency, 8 times, which is the combustion fan start failure. 

There are several reasons for it. Please check the followings carefully and send us the test videos as requested: 

1. Please turn on the stove and observe the 12V power drop-down condition, we need to know if the power supply is too low. If the starting power drops below 10.5V, the stove will not start successfully. Please take a video of the voltage change when the stove is starting. 

2. Please check if the combustion fan plug is connected well on the stove. If you can take a picture/video, that will be great. If the plug is loose, the fan will not start normally as well. 

3. Please give a 12V power to the combustion fan and see if the fan turns. It should turn with 12V power adding to it. A video of this will be very helpful. 

4. There is another heating fan below the stove. Please give a 12V power to the heating fan as well and shoot a short video. If the fan turns, you can cut 12V power directly. If it does not turn, please cut the 12V power as well.
